EmergingEdTech Teaching Technology Tweet Wrap

This week in the wrap … several pieces exploring emerging technologies, like genetics, nanotechnology, robotics, a “sheet camera”, and the amazing potential for using DNA for data storage; a heads-up on apps with high potential for the inimitable Gary Vee; a few resources exploring the need to change testing and grading practices; numerous looks at the relationship between neuroscience and learning; does the way we use tech alienate the ‘tertiary' or distance learner? (but wait, many wouldn't have any connection with the tech? In any case, I firmly believe we need to work to add more social and synchronous elements to online learning); and as always, various content exploring tools and techniques that may be right up your alley!
