K Walsh – Songwriter

Check out my original songs and videos!

Long term readers of EmergingEdTech know that in addition to authoring this blog, another passion of mine is music. An avid fan of many varieties of music for all of my life, I wrote my first song at 15 and started playing guitar a few years later. I write original songs and play guitar and sing, and have recorded some of these songs over the years. I also enjoy using a variety of applications to create music videos to accompany some of these songs and started this YouTube channel a few years ago to share them: In May of 2012, I also launched this Facebook page where I share my favorite original songs and videos:

K. Walsh originals are now for sale on CD Baby, iTunes, and other distributors. Please help support independent artists like K. Walsh by buying our music from high quality distributors like CD Baby: These songs are also available here on iTunes. Thanks!

Below are a couple recent new songs and videos. These were created with the help of a variety of software applications, including Paint, Powerpoint, Photoshop, After Affects (also from Adobe), Camtasia Studio 7, and Educreations (an iPad app). I hope you enjoy them! If you really like them, I hope you’ll share a link with a friend or two, and subscribe to the channel (you need a YouTube/Gmail account to do so). Thanks!

Kelly Walsh is Chief Information Officer at The College of Westchester, in White Plains, NY, where he also teaches.
